Melinda Moses is my full name, but most people know me as Mindy. I started my path to practicing mediation as a staff attorney at the Colorado Court of Appeals. For 20 years I specialized in cases involving all aspects of family law, dependency and neglect, adoption and paternity, as well as complex financial matters. My cases often required resolution of constitutional issues and issues of first impression. I have since been practicing law at boutique firms specializing in family matters. My style is to serve my clients with compassion, patience, and the skills necessary to guide them through the dissolution and post-decree process as painlessly and efficiently as possible. I value the use of mediation in the dissolution and post-decree process.
