From Boulder (estimated time: 17 minutes)

1. Begin at US Highway 36 (Boulder-Denver Turnpike) and travel eastbound (toward Denver) to the Sheridan Boulevard (Colorado Highway 95) exit, left lane.
   
   

2. Turn left onto Sheridan Boulevard, crossing over Turnpike and proceeding north to next stoplight, which is 92^nd Avenue.
   
   

3. Turn right onto 92^nd Avenue, traveling one block east to Yates Street (where Westminster City Hall and clocktower are situated).
   
   

4. Turn right onto Yates Street traveling south to top of hill and to bottom of hill past 2 new hotels and RTD Park’N’Ride on right.
   
   

5. At bottom of hill, turn right (east) on Yates Drive into the Sheridan Business Park and travel past front of 7 story DoubleTree Hotel (on your right).
   
   

6. Enter the second parking lot entrance on left (north), after passing in front of Hotel. Our building is a two-story contemporary brick one, with a dark brown metal roof. Numbered Sheridan Park Eleven, 8704 Yates Drive, the building is on the northwest corner of Yates Drive and Wolff Court.

Summary: head for the DoubleTree Hotel which is visible as you exit Turnpike; to obey traffic laws, you make a loop around the hill.

From Southwest and West Suburbs (estimated time from 470 & I-70: 20 minutes)

1. Begin at Colorado Highway 470 West and merge onto Interstate Highway 70 East (toward Denver). Continue eastbound on I-70.
   
   

2. Merge left onto Interstate Highway 76 East (toward Ft. Morgan).
   
   

3. Take the Sheridan Boulevard (Colorado Highway 95) exit, turning left and traveling Northbound.
   
   

4. Travel approximately 4 miles (crossing over the Boulder-Denver Turnpike) to 92^nd Avenue.
   
   

5. Turn right onto 92^nd Avenue, traveling one block east to Yates Street (where Westminster City Hall and clocktower are situated).
   
   

6. Turn right onto Yates Street traveling south to top of hill and to bottom of hill past 2 new hotels and RTD Park’N’Ride on right.
   
   

7. At bottom of hill, turn right (east) on Yates Drive into the Sheridan Business Park and travel past front of 7 story DoubleTree Hotel (on your right).

1. Take Interstate Highway 70 (West) to Genesee Park Exit #254.
   
   

2. At ramp, turn left (south) across highway, turning left on Genesee Trail Road.
   
   

3. Turn right (2 blocks) onto second smaller street, Park Point Drive (entering Genesee Business Center and passing The Chart House restaurant on your right).
   
   

4. Almost to end of road, past circle, turn right at sign for Building #603, Airwalk Building (with large green atrium roof).
